When we receive the item(s):

  • If you paid for return shipping we will refund the purchase price of all items returned via the original payment method of the order.

  • If you wrote “Return to Sender” on the box we will refund the purchase price of all the items returned less the cost of the return shipping via the original payment method of the order.

  • If you return an item without prior communication we will refund the purchase price of the item less any return shipping fees. Then, we will inform you via email that we received your items and the status of your refund.
